The Proving Ground has a bold goal: launching one of the best bouldering gyms in the midwest. But that requires getting the community to try out climbing—and then getting climbers to become members. The Proving Ground reached out to our team for videos and photography to introduce themselves to their community, as well as the strategy and advertising to get people to try out bouldering for themselves.
Through conversations with the client and their customers, we confirmed that the trickiest step was getting climbers to become members. People had a blast trying out bouldering, but getting them to buy in was a challenge. We worked with Proving Ground to find creative ways to introduce people to bouldering and to get more conversions from those leads—from creative opportunities to climb to targeted discounts for key audiences.
