Jeff is Useful Group’s Senior UI/UX Developer. He designs and builds digital experiences that improve engagement, clarity, and conversion across web platforms, at the intersection of user experience and front-end implementation. Jeff ensures that what users see, feel, and interact with aligns with clients’ business goals.

Jeff focuses on usability and experience optimization, taking a practical approach to addressing technical and structural issues. He is particularly known for identifying surface UX challenges and helping clients reduce long-term technical debt.

His background includes leading front-end development teams, conducting user engagement analysis, and working in both graphic design and business writing contexts. He has experience in full web project lifecycles, from UX planning through implementation and refinement. His technical expertise also includes emerging web technologies and ADA accessibility and compliance. Jeff is based in the Chicago area.
