Matt built his first website at the age of eight, sparking a fascination that eventually led to a professional career of over ten years. A graduate in Systems Analysis and Development in Brazil, he has experience across the entire stack, but his true passion lies in frontend development—more specifically, on the intersection of development and design, ensuring that every interface is not just functional but also refined and intuitive. Before joining Useful Group, Matt worked on teams spanning multiple continents and solving challenging problems in large-scale web applications. With experience in WordPress, React, Angular, Svelte, Ionic, and more, he prioritizes choosing the right tool for each job and is always looking forward to learning something new and sharing insights through his blog. Matt lives with his wife and dog in Caxias do Sul, a scenic city nestled in the mountains of southern Brazil.
